Acceptable Use Policy

Ecom Intelligence is operated by ROA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC.

To keep the platform safe and available for everyone, the following is not allowed on Ecom Intelligence:

1. Prohibited activity

• Attempting to access, scan, or breach other users' accounts, data, or systems.
• Reverse engineering, aggressive automated scraping, or penetration testing without express authorization.
• Using AI tools to generate illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, impersonating content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Generating hateful, harassing, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
• Automating requests at scale to exhaust AI quotas, evade usage limits, or degrade the service for other users.
• Uploading malware, malicious scripts, or any content designed to harm the platform or third parties.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

2. Use of connected integrations

When connecting Shopify or Meta Ads, you may only access stores and ad accounts you own or are authorized to represent. Using integration tokens to access third-party data without consent is prohibited.

3. Consequences

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to any other applicable legal action.

4. Report abuse
