Subprocessors

Ecom Intelligence is operated by ROA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC.

To operate Ecom Intelligence we work with external providers that process data under their own applicable terms, data processing commitments, and privacy practices. This is the current list:

1. Infrastructure and database

• Replit — application hosting and PostgreSQL database.
• Supabase — user authentication and file storage (image gallery).

2. Artificial intelligence

• Google Gemini — text generation, analyses, and AI operations.
• Nano Banana — AI image generation when used.
• Anthropic Claude — backup text and reasoning provider when used.
• KIE.ai — AI image generation provider.

3. Payments and communications

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. We never store card numbers on our servers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations, billing alerts).

4. Observability

• Sentry — error tracking, technical breadcrumbs, and performance monitoring, with sensitive information scrubbed.
• PostHog — product analytics and privacy-masked session replay; sensitive content is masked.

5. Integrations you connect

Shopify and Meta Ads are services you choose to connect. We process data from those integrations to provide the features you request, while your direct use of Shopify and Meta remains governed by your agreements with those platforms.

6. Public market data

• Apify — collection of public advertising data for Competitive Intelligence.
• Kalodata — market and product data for Market Intelligence.

7. Updates

We will update this list if we add or remove subprocessors. Material changes will be communicated to paid-plan users with reasonable notice.
