Ecom Intelligence is operated by ROA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver its core features. AI is used for: conversion audits, market research, avatar research, offer analysis, ad copy, image generation, video prompts, performance analysis, quality checks, reliability monitoring, bug detection, and internal workflow-assistance agents. Providers include Google Gemini (primary), Anthropic Claude (fallback), and specialized image-generation providers listed on our Subprocessors page. This page explains the scope and limitations of that use.

1. AI Output Is Informational, Not Advice

All AI-generated content — scores, recommendations, copy, images, performance analyses, research, and estimates — is probabilistic and informational. It is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise — and does not guarantee commercial results. Review and validate AI output before using it in production, campaigns, or business decisions.

2. Errors and "Hallucinations"

AI models can produce information that is incorrect, outdated, or fabricated ("hallucinations"). Always verify critical data — figures, legal or technical claims — before acting on it.

3. Provider Data Handling

To generate an analysis, we send our AI providers only the information strictly needed: screenshots, URLs, product data, and the context you provide. We configure external AI providers, where available, so that customer private content is not used to train public third-party models. Provider data handling also depends on the applicable provider terms, account settings, and product configuration.

4. Internal Agents

We operate internal AI agents (such as reliability monitoring, quality evaluation, and workflow assistance) that may process operational and usage data to improve platform health and quality. These agents do not have access to your business content beyond what is needed for their specific function.

5. Usage Limits

AI features are subject to monthly credit limits by plan, visible in Settings → Usage & Billing. This prevents abuse and keeps the service available for everyone. Failed generations caused by system or provider errors should not consume credits.

6. Your Responsibility for Published Content

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — especially claims about products, prices, health, finances, or guaranteed results. AI content must not be used to make false or misleading claims to consumers. Where the platform publishes on your behalf (e.g., publishing an ad to Meta), you are the publisher of record.
